The pill is small and round, has only a capital B on one side with nothing inscribed on the other side. ## I can't find anything that meets this description and just has a B on it. Where was it found? With just that marking and nothing else, it leads me to believe that it is something available over the counter. I found four small square pills with A on one side nothing on the other side. They are NOT Altoids. I tasted them and they taste horrible just like a medication would although I do not think these are legal meds. I think it is a street drug. I found them in my son's room in a little bag. I found some small, yellow, water-drop shaped tablets in my office. They have a capital G and the number 20 imprinted on the same side.
