This is manufactured by Heritage Pharmaceuticals and they actually list it as containing 500mgs of Metronidazole, which is an antibiotic. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is this pill, people keep telling me it's catapres,I don't believe it is. ## The imprint on the generic Catapres tablet that meets this description is actually LI 65, I separated it out to try to show that it's supposed to be a capital i, not a numeral 1. The person did mean AZ 285. It is on the pills I bought at the 99 cent store. It is supposed to be exhedrin, that is, acetaminophen, caffeine, and aspirin. ## Hi Marsy, I think you might be referring to another discussion thread.. but just to confirm, the white round pill marked "AZ 285" is in fact identified as generic Excedrin, for headache relief. It contains 250 mgs of Acetaminophen + 250 mgs of Aspirin + 65 mgs of Caffeine. Apparently the name of the manufacturer/distributor is "A2Z Health", which explains the AZ logo as well. Consult your doctor before just taking them you could cause him to suffer extreme withdrawal symptoms. Pain, Diarrhea, cramping, vomiting etc. Hopefully he's just holding them for someone or found them himself and just doesn't know what to do with them.
