Hi! I am 26 years old.I have been take oralcon for a 3 day now.but I drink it at diffirent time around seven or eight sametime, can I fall pregnate ## If you are new to taking it and aren't on your period when you started it, then it takes 7 days to be effective and prevent pregnancy. It has the numbers P 243 long white pill. ## This is a store brand tablet to treat PMS, similar to Midol. ## I found the same pill in my daughter's room after a school friend had visited.
