Why would there be two different types of pills in the same Acetaminophen bottle by Top Care? ## Hello, Brooksie! How are you? They may use pills from a few different manufacturers. Many of these of-brand companies don't manufacture them, they are actually just distributors. Are there any markings on them? If there are and you post back with them, that might enable us to double check and make sure they contain Acetaminophen. ## Yes, there are markings and I looked them up. Both are acetaminophen 500 mg, but why are they in the same bottle? The company is Top Care.

does hydrocodone apap come in 12.5/500 mg ## No, before the DEA made changes the maximum dosage available only contained 10mgs of the Hydrocodone, since the changes, the maximum available contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. I found a white oblong pill with the markings L484 on one side and blank on the other. A friend said it was a generic form of Vocodin, and he wanted to swallow it. I took it back and told him that he was some kind of nut. I still have it and wanted to know if anyone knew what this pill is. After I find out I will throw it away. Another blue, oblong with WATSON over 540 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Is this legitimate ## M 363 on one side and scored on the other, white, oblong tablet is Hydrocodone 10 mgs/ Acetaminophen 500 mgs ## @cicero, The previous poster is right about the ID of this pill. It is in fact a legitimate tablet, so you shouldn't have any concerns about it being fake. For your own verification though, the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, and the National Drug Code is 00406-0363. You can look it up via google for reference. Additionally, the inactive ingredients contained in this tablet are as follows: crospovidone magnesium stearate microcrystalline cellulose povidone corn starch silicon dioxide stearic acid I hope this info helps!

We found this capsule in our home. It has Ty on the Red end and 500 on the Blue end.
