I found a half of a white oval pill scored 84 (the left half is missing) In my teenage sons room. I'd like more info befour I ask him about it. I have a long white oblong pill that broke in half and is blank on one side and all I cal make out is L and maybe a number or letter then 84, what could it be? ## Hi Amy, The white oblong pill could have the imprint "L484", which would identify it as Acetaminophen (500 mg). Does this imprint sound like a possibility? For verification, the National Drug Code for this pill is: 30142-0484. You can also view an image of the pill on google images, if you type in "white oblong pill l484" on the search bar. I hope this helps!
