I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT WHAT STENGHTH THIS PAIN PILL IS? i BELIEVE IT IS A 7.5 HYDROCODONE? ## This tablet actually contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, a narcotic analgesic. i have looked up this drug and have found it saying it is 5/500 mg and 10/500 mg. WHITE OBLONG TABLET WITH A V ON ONE SIDE AND 35/96 ON OTHER SIDE ## Hello Whomever, I believe the pill you are speaking of is Vicodin 5/500. My friend is taking the same pill. I also am taking Vicodin 5/500 but we get them from different clinics. Mine just have M357 on one side and nothing on the other side. Both of our prescription bottles has Hydrocodone 5/500 a generic for Vicodin. I found half of a broken caplet ending in what looks like a 5 and a 7. But the 7 seems to be immediately followed by an imprint that resembles leaf imprints. Don't know if these imprints are just scratches or actual markings. ON THE PILL IS WATSON 349, NOT357, WHAT THE DIFFERENCE ## Watson 349 is identified as Acetaminophen (500mg) + hydrocodone bitartrate (5mg).
