I also am taking Vicodin 5/500 but we get them from different clinics. Mine just have M357 on one side and nothing on the other side. Both of our prescription bottles has Hydrocodone 5/500 a generic for Vicodin. I found half of a broken caplet ending in what looks like a 5 and a 7. But the 7 seems to be immediately followed by an imprint that resembles leaf imprints. Don't know if these imprints are just scratches or actual markings.
