My Dr, has me taking percocet every 4 hours it doens't help that much I have arthritis had 2 hip replacements but still have so much pain. I see my Dr. next week just wanted a second opinion. Jeanne ## This tablet contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen and if you're taking them every 4 hours, then you are taking 60mgs of the Oxycodone and 1,950 of the Acetaminophen in a day, which isn't necessarily a dangerous dosage of either one. What you really have to watch for is the effects it has on you and if it seems to be too much for you. I suffer from gastric since my surgery (umbilical hernia), I took a lot of medicine against gastric, recently I went to see my doctor, he prescribed me a product (pylokit). since I took this it increased my constipation (by that I Hemoroides) and then my back hurts accompanied by échauffage, it Impending me seriously so I think my life is in danger then s 'please I need help. ## I had an umbilicial hernia removed and then had gastritis come back I wonder if this happens often? Please if anyone hhas had an umbilical hernia surgery have you had any GI (gastrointestinal )pain? or increased gastro pain? also to you friendI think pylokit is found in yogurt. research that so maybe you can take the yogurt and not be constipated. best wishes

Hello, I know someone who is prescribed Hydrocodone-- 10mg-325 acetaminophen mg and Morphine-15mg. This person said on a "good day" they take 60mg of hydrocodone which would be 1950 mg acetaminophen as well as the 30 mg of morphine a day- again on a good day. I do not know much about all of this- so my question is- how dangerous is this? Thanks for all your help! ## It being dangerous, or not, depends on the person and their tolerance to opiates. If they have been taking them for awhile and their doctor has prescribed them this way, things are most likely fine. The biggest issue with the medications and amounts you've mentioned would actually be due to the Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that you should not exceed 1,000mgs of it per any 8 hour time period, and no more than 3,00...
