Can internal piles prevent full emptying of rectum as this seems to be happening to me every day or two? ## Hello, Lynda! How are you? How do you know it's not fully emptying? What symptoms are you experiencing? Normal piles shouldn't cause that according to the NIH. Are you on any medications? Do you strain to have a bowel movement? ## I have an internal pile problem with no bleeding or pain after some number of years. I have an impotency problem also. Please, I need help to solve these problems or medical advice.

I live on Minnesota and can't find another Doctor who will prescribe ADHD medication. Its been almost 4months and the piles are forming, appointments are being missed or late for or forgotten. All the symptoms are back. I also take Klonopin for anxiety and major panic disorder. If anyone knows a non-judgmental doctor I would be so grateful. ## That's not good. Most doctors will see this as being drug seeking behavior, especially with these types of medications, since the ADHD medications and the Klonopin are controlled substances. But from what I've researched, most cases/symptoms of piles (haemorrhoids) are mild and can come and go on their own after a few days. It just doesn't seem right that your dad would throw you out of the house for a medical condition you have, let alone something that may disappear the next day.
