However yes, the pill with this marking is listed as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, it is a generic for Vicodin. this is a narcotic pain reliever. white oblong m367 ## what is the use of this drug and how do you know what one is what one ## M 367 is Acetaminophen, Hydrocodone (which is generic Vicodin), a very strong pain killer. ## Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals list this tablet as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. I think someone switched my Vicodin with something else. Is there anything that looks like I would be taking a Vicodin and wouldn't notice? I believe this happened because when I was taking the Vicodin it relieved my pain to be at least bearable. I get my pain meds through mail order. My prescription is for Percocet 10/325. In my order, one of the pills was a Vicodin and it has a red stain that swatches across the numbered side of the pill. Called my mail order pharmacy and they basically said that there was no way I could prove that they sent it to me that way. I took it in and showed my neurologist and he had no idea what the stain could be... He told me not to take it.....which I had already decided I wasn't going to anyway. Pretty screwed up though, to get not only the wrong medication, but one that has some strange red stain on the pill. I wish there were a way to attach a picture of it on here......
