68 Topics Foundok the yellow oblong 10/325 is a percocet 10mg...is the white oblong 10/325 the same thing just a different company??? ## no it is actually hydrocodone or vicodine (name brand) 10 is the vicodine the 325 is aceteminifin name brand is norko ## Does anyone know what if any is the difference between the yellow oblong percocet and the small yellow round percocet? They both are PERCOCET they both are 10/325 I'm just wondering if it's just the company or if there is actually a difference in them ## Hydrocodone is not percocet. It is Lorcet. Oxycodone is percocet ## To clarify, Norco, Lorcet, Vicodin, and Lortab contain Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, while Percocet contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, which I believe is what Teerose was trying to convey. They are both opiate narcotics...
Hi, I am taking Percocet 10/325 for back, hip and leg pain. I recently had a multiple level Lamonectomy. When I was first prescribed this medication the pills were oblong and white. The next prescription that was filled was percocet 10/325 as well, however they were round, yellow and they seemed so much stronger. The white ones I had in the first prescription seemed to leave a lot of white residue in my medicine bottle. The yellow did not. The yellow round ones relieved my pain much better and I did not have to take as often. Both being generic and were 10/325 could it be the way they metabolize in your system? Could it be that they have different inactive ingredients? Thanks in advance. ## There can slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredients from one generic to the oth...
yellow, oblong/oval pill, cant read one side since its been in my wallet for awhile, the other side clearly says percocet. I just want to be sure its a percocet before i take it as i have had many bad reactions to other pills and this is the one that i have not. I plan on only taking half, which is what i do when i am in extreme pain, yet still need to function, but do not want an adverse reaction if this is not a percocet. The percs i am used to taking are normally white and round (generics) someone please assure me this is an actual percocet. ## Yes, there are 2 yellow, oblong name brand Percocet tablets that say Percocet on one side. One of them contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen and the other contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, however, with...
im trying to find a pharmacy near coconut creek florida to fill my perscription percocet 10-650. not the round white ones, i would like to find the yellow long oval ones ## Most Walgreens carry the Watson brand which is what you want. ## For anyone else seeking information, this dosage is no longer available in the U.S. The FDA instituted a change several years ago that requires combination prescription medications to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. They also warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. Is there anything I can help with?
I had been taking the Watson's 10 325 round white pill also last month Cvs filled my script with this a333 pill and they not only don't help my back pain but makes need nauseous and dizzy! Wasted $140 because I refuse to use something that does more damage than good ## I take perocet 10/apap and wentto get mine filled and they gave me a different one to it has ip something on it and it does nothing for my pain why do we have to accept meds that do not work please help me to tell what to tell the pharmacy? ## I am very sorry that you've both had a problem, unfortunately, there is nothing your pharmacy can do. However, I would suggest that you both report the issue to the FDA by calling them at 888-463-6332. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit for...
Is this a real Percocet or a fake one? I've never saw a yellow one say 10/325 on one side and M532 on other side. It is oblong. ## @Byrd, I think the bottom line is if you didn't get your prescription filled through a licensed pharmacy then it could literally be anything. Pill press machines are making it possible for just about anyone to make copies using whatever ingredients they please. So the only reliable way to ensure legitimacy is by following the system. You can also contact the manufacturer (Mallinckrodt) directly at 800-778-7898 and ask them if they recently started producing a yellow oblong version of the tablet. Just a side note: My findings indicate that M 532 Percocet (5/500mg) is a red and white capsule with "M 532" in black ink on each side of it. Also, i...
Pills are oval shinny yellow with a Percocet printed on one side and when broken they have white speckes ## How can I tell if it's real? It's yellow, oblong with Percocet imprinted on one side and 10/325 on the other ## Other than filling your prescription at a licensed pharmacy, a content analysis by a professional lab seems like the only viable way to tell if something's real. Counterfeits can mimic looks, shapes, tastes, etc... but only a lab analysis will show the correct ingredients. Drug panel kits sold OTC at head-shops or pharmacies are another means of figuring out if something contains an opiate or not. However these kits may be more susceptible to false readings in comparison to the higher standards of GC/MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) that a lab posses...
round white pill with a line in center top has 4839 bottom of line ha V ## Percocet Info Click Here ## I was shown a large blue pilll with Percocet on it, and the number 5. Is this a real Percocet. I have not seen one like this? ## i have a pill thats a percocete 10 it has an long oval shap its yellow one side has 10 on it an the other has 789 i want to know what all is in itfor example asprin or tylonol?
What color are Percocet 10/325mg? Is there a 10/325mg Percocet that's white, round & has 230 on one side & a C on the other? ## A "yellow" round pill with a large C on one side and 230 on the other reportedly contains Acetaminophen (325mg) + Oxycodone hydrochloride (10mg); the generic for Percocet. For verification, the manufacturer is Alvogen Inc. and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 47781-0230. I have yet to see a legitimate white version of this pill, however I do know that colors and shapes are subject to change at the whit and whim of the manufacturer. So perhaps it would be best to contact Alvogen directly to verify its identity at the following email or phone number for drug related inquiries: [email protected] / 866-770-3024 I hope...
Just got these pills from my pharmacy after getting long white ones with the imprint m523 on it which by the way I love. But these new ones from alvogen are absolutely horrible!! I am still in a lot of pain and the feeling I get from them are next to nothing like the m523. I am wondering if the pharmacy will exchange them for me if they have my old ones in stock? Anyone know the answer to this? Thank you in advance. ## I am very sorry that they aren't working for you. However no, your pharmacy can't exchange them, so to speak, because once you leave the building with them, they can't take them back, as tampering is a concern. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth ...
Does anyone know of a pharmacy that carries the yellow 10-325 percocets? They work a lot better for me than the white ones but i havent had much luck finding them. ## No one is really going to be able to answer your question, without having at least a general idea of where you are located. Most websites, including this one, are accessible from almost any country in the world, so if someone from Pakistan knows a pharmacy that carries them, this will likely not help you, if you are in the U.S. In addition, you may also want to provide more information, such as the markings on the tablet or the manufacturer, since the colors do not actually mean anything. Can you please post back with more information? ## I live in Bronx New York I'm trying to find a pharmacy that carries the 10/325 Pe...
What does a percocet 10 mg look like? i have one here that has 10/325 and is yellow. Is that correct? ## There are actually many on the market, because it is available as a generic and how it will look, will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. There are also several with the 10/325 marking, so it depends what the other markings are on the tablet. One that is very commonly available on the market in this dosage, 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, is a yellow, oblong tablet with the 10/325 on one side and E712 on the other. Is that the tablet you have? ## The percocet rx I got refilled from the internet are yellow with the imprint E712 or some times white with imprint IP 204. I've found the E712s to be more effective then the IP 204s but they both work just about the ...
Yes there is a big difference in the manufacturers of these pills. The white, round, WATSON 925s seem to work best as far as pain relief and "highness". The ovals are ok but not as good as watson...The peach or yellow pills are also less effective than the watsons. ## I just came across an article from this website,"Generics and Biosimilars" titled, "Actavis makes agreement for generic abuse-deterrent oxycodone", Posted 03/05/2013, that explains exactly why everyone is getting sick and feeling no pain relief. Please please please... complain to the FDA, to the company Actavis, which u can get on the internet and call Walgreens @800-walgreens...but tell walgreens not to send the info to ur local pharmacy.. cause they will...tell them u want ur complaint to go to t...
If my prescription says percocet 10/325, can I tell them I want that instead of generic? ## If you're paying cash for it, then yes you can. However, if you have insurance, they generally won't cover the name brand, unless your doctor has specified it as being medically necessary on the prescription. Learn more Percocet details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I have great insurance I would only have to pay 5.00 I get thr white generic round ones they dont seem to help I have had the other generic the yellow oblong but I don't know where to get them and thanks for your reply I appreciate it
round white pill, with line through it and numbers 0636 on the back ## Found a match it's Acetaminophen 325 mg and Oxycodone 5 mg, which are the active ingredients in Perocet. To learn more click on the link below... Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do. ## Thanks Crystal ## 105 oval ## To Amber, What color is the pill? Is it scored? I need to know a little more, in order to locate the correct pill. ## pink, round k/mat56 ## Is there such a pill thats round pink with k on one side and 12 on the other ? Percocet 10 mg. ## Is a light yellow pill has a v on 1 side and other side has 4879 on it
I've read where people say it's IMPOSSIBLE to fake the yellow 10/325 percocet and whoever believes that is sadly mistaken. The biggest sign is that sometimes the yellow is a little worn or the pill had white spots on it. The second is that the instant the water hits your mouth they almost instantly dissolve and you can hardly swallow the chalk in your mouth. The third and most important sign is this: if you hold a prescription pain killer up to the light it had a sort of gloss/sheen to it. The fakes do not have this. The only exception would be if the pills were REALLY old they may have lost their sheen. But for me, that is the biggest thing. Fakes are rare, but don't be so naive. INVESTIGATE. People are crazy. ## While it may be good to know the difference between fake tabl...
Need to Know color and shape ## Hello, Theresa! How are you? Watson actually lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic for Lortab or Norco. It should be a yellow, oval tablet, though they are now removing the dyes from their products, so I think most that are currently available are white. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
I need to know how much acetomenaphine sp?) is in this capsule (or other similiar OTC). ## Oxycodone tablets do not contain Acetaminophen. I think you are referring to Percocet, which contains both. Is there any sort of imprint on your capsule? U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have unique letters or numbers (sometimes in addition to a logo) imprinted on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. For information on Percocet, you can click on the link below: For information on Oxycodone, follow this link: Please post back if you have any other questions or comments to add. ## This capsule is Oxycodone hcl 5 mg; color is either yellow & white capsule (could be orange & white) with imprint "lv" on yellow/or...
I got my prescription filled and when I got home from the pharmacy in the bottle I had the white IP 206 Oxycodone instead of my normal Percocet 10 yellow pill. Should I take this or bring them back to receive my yellow Percocet 10 (or) do the two work just as strong or not? Thanks ## This is the exact same medication, just manufactured by a different company than the one you had received, before. Many pharmacies switch which one they carry, according to whatever company had the cheapest generic available when they placed their restock order. If you went back and insisted on getting the other ones, again, they probably won't even have then in stock anymore. ## I am a 55 year woman. my MIR looks like a 75 year old. Due to a but car wreak when I was 16 years old, didn't want my par...
The pill is oblong shaped and is white on one side and yellow on the other... I really need to know what this is ## White and yellow oblong gelcap with N 50 ## I've been on a yellow oblong pill with percocet on one side and 20/325. I was told they didn't tell me of the change. For mfg it says endo. What is that? Generic endocet? Have in file can't take that! Hope its not. I have heartburn, blur vision, constipation, most of all it seems to make my pain worse! Can't think on it!
