Just got these pills from my pharmacy after getting long white ones with the imprint m523 on it which by the way I love. But these new ones from alvogen are absolutely horrible!! I am still in a lot of pain and the feeling I get from them are next to nothing like the m523. I am wondering if the pharmacy will exchange them for me if they have my old ones in stock? yellow, oblong/oval pill, cant read one side since its been in my wallet for awhile, the other side clearly says percocet. Hi, I am taking Percocet 10/325 for back, hip and leg pain. I recently had a multiple level Lamonectomy. When I was first prescribed this medication the pills were oblong and white. The next prescription that was filled was percocet 10/325 as well, however they were round, yellow and they seemed so much stronger. The white ones I had in the first prescription seemed to leave a lot of white residue in my medicine bottle. The yellow did not. It seems as though my yellow round Percocet are not as strong as they used to be. It is harder to find pharmacy that has the yellow round ones.
