Penicillin Amoxicilin

I have taken amoxicilina many times during my life; bought in the US and in Honduras. This last week I got a bottle of 60 capsulas while in Cozumel, to complete my antibiotic treatment (I lost the previous amoxi I was taking). I am very familiar with the smell and taste of amoxicilina and penicillin. I open the capsules when I take it, it tastes bad, and has a unique taste & smell (also in urine). The current bottle I just purchased, red & white capsulas, is a white powder with NO taste nor smell. Furthermore, it appears to have no affect on my sinusitis, and NO odor in urine. This is the first Amoxi I have ever taken that is like this (no taste & no odor. So common sense tells me I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. If this is COUNTERFEIT Amoxi, we need to STOP ITS SALE. Is Amoxicilina 500mg the generic for Penicillin VK 500mg? ## To answer your question, no, Amoxicillin is not the generic for Penicillin VK. Both of these antibiotics are their own generic form, but the difference between the two is very subtle. Many references note however, that Amoxicillin is considered to be a slightly improved version of Penicillin for various reasons. 500 my amoxicilin. Can I take this for my spider bite that's now infected and for infection in my gums. Below is a link to Natrapharm who makes this product, Natravox, generic name Co-amoxiclav, and posts the details about the product. It's very good detail. I've been prescribed the product for lung infection and UTI. Within 24 hours results were seen but do the 7 days as with all antibiotics if you don't have any side effects.. I didn't have any side effects/issues and all things considered I'd prefer this product as my antibiotic. It's expensive compared to generics so consider the generic if you can get it in your area of the world. So it's sodium amoxicilin and the clav acid. The clav side is more of leg breaking (just an analogy not really legs) and not a strong penicillin. But I guess it's easier to take down your bug if it's legs have been remove...
