If it is a medication from the U.S. then a tablet that has no markings is an over the counter product of some type and not a prescription medication. Under FDA regulations, all manufactured prescription tablets must have markings to enable their identification. This means that all Penicillin tablets available in the U.S. have markings. Since it is available as a generic, which is manufactured by different companies, I'd be unable to post pictures of all of them for, anyway. If your sinus infection is caused by bacteria, then yes, it could work. However, I have read that sinus infections are usually caused by a virus, and in that case the medication would most likely have no effect.
