dolo- neorobion can use as treament for carpal tunnel syndrome ## I want to know if dolo-neurobion can treat carpal tunnel syndrome and what are the advantages of taking this drugs. ## It is used to treat many conditions involving pain, however, its effectiveness can be debated, because it only contains the vitamins B1, B6, B12 and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. So, if a condition is caused by a lack of these vital nutrients, it may help and the Acetaminophen can help with some minor pain, however, since a lack of them is not what causes Carpal Tunnel, I have my doubts that it will help, at all.
