Thanks a lot. ## The maximum amount of these tablets that it is safe to take, at once, is 2 and you shouldn't exceed 4 doses in 24 hours, for a total of no more than 8 tablets. Daily dose should be spaced, at least, 6 hours apart. Taking more 1,000mgs at once or exceeding 4,000mgs in a day can be toxic and may cause severe organ damage. Are there any other questions?
