I'm on the Fentanyl 50-mcg/hr that's made by the Par Pharmaceutical & I've found out that these are the closest Generic to the Brand name Duragesic & wanted to know if they also make the Generic Endocet 10/325 that i have to take for BTP each day. ## What are the markings on the generic Endocet that you are taking? I'm sorry, but since there are many generics available, I can't tell you anything specific about them, without this additional identifying information. Endocet is an opiate analgesic, so the FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and constipation. Ref: Endocet Information ## I was on 75mcg & 10/325 hydrocodone, but after govt interference the patch was reduced ...

Has anyone tried Adderall Xr generics by Par pharmaceuticals? Has it been effective? ## To be honest I only take teva 30mg instant release adderalls because I take em w Xanax 2mg and they even each other out. Talk to ur dr. XR sucks. ## Why did you say XR sucks? Thank you. ## XRs are very different than IRs. I don’t remember why but your doctor can explain. I only use teva IRs. Stay away from anything made by Aurobindo. They’re fake I think. They feel like no doze and give me massive headaches. ## Yes, they are very different. The XR’s (extended release) were a 12 hour pill. Now they are considered a 24 hour pill. Who, when, how & why they call it a 24 hour pill is absurd! None of this medication lasts for 24 hours. The maximum I have ever gotten from a 30 mg XR wa...

Hey guys, I recently had my script filled at my Walgreens and they switched to Par Pharmecuticals for my Norco 7.5/325 ( which I've been taking for years ) it's now a peach pill with a cursive v on one side and 36/05 on the other. Has anyone taken these before as I have never seen these in the past 7 years under my pain management "care." I have to take them for my Degenerative Disk Disease, slipped fusion, osteoarthritis all the way up my spine, narrowing disc space causing pinched nerves and a new herniated disk. I'm 36 and refuse to go back on fentanyl. Just wondering if these have caused problems with anyone. Thank you in advance for any reply! ## The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nause...

I have been receiving generic dilaudid 2 mg which were round white pills with M on one side and 2 on the other. I just filled my dilaudid which came from Med-Fast and the pill is a salmon-orange color with a P and a 2 on them, but nowhere does it say generic for dilaudid. After taking the first pill, I was very very itchy. Could this be a different generic drug? Oh, by the way there was a RED STICKER that said - DO NOT USE BEYOND 9/30/2016. I called the pharmacy and they said it is okay to take. I'm concerned. I have many allergies and with this dilaudid I was getting I did not have any side effects. ## Hello, Rose! How are you? The pharmacy doesn't actually have to list on the label that it is a generic for any particular name brand, though they should make sure that you are aw...

Payless says Mylan is no longer making this generic Sinemet cr 25/100 tab. I cannot use Sun manufacturing company. I need help. I take 1 purple pill that has 88 on one side and Mylan on the other every 3 hours. I am 83 with advanced Parkinson's. ## Have you spoken to your doctor about the problem? If so, what have they advised? I see that the brand name of the time released formulation has been discontinued, but there are several generic options available, including one manufactured by Alembic Pharmaceuticals that was approved in 2019. Why can't you take the one manufactured by Sun? The FDA lists the typical side effects of Sinemet as possibly including nausea, dizziness, confusion, hallucinations, depression, and strange dreams.

Osco Pharmacy no longer carries Xanax from Sun Pharmaceutical Company. Now they have Astra Zeneca Xanax but it has much more preservatives to which I am allergic. Who provides 2 mg Xanax tablets in Downers Grove, IL, zip codes 60515/60516 and nearby suburbs i.e.. Lisle, Westmont, Woodridge etc. My body will not tolerate any kind of preservative and I get body wide symptoms. Caraco Company of Michigan is part of the Sun Pharma group and may also have the Xanax my body will tolerate. Please advice. Thank you ## Hello, Larry! How are you? I am very sorry about the problem that you're having. I'm sorry, but there is no listing showing what pharmacies carry a medication from any given manufacturer. I've picked up a new script for 1mg Clonazepam and it's the SUN manufacturer. Does anyone else have experience with these? I've been on PAR and they are okay. I've also had TEVA and they seem to be a little better than PAR. Any thoughts would help. I think they all work but just have different strengths. Nosok ## How is it working for you? Do they work as well as PAR brand? Any other comments on this brand of Bupropion? ## Do not work as well. And couldn't return them. CVS still uses PAR and CVS policy is to inform before providing different brand. ## PAR Bupropion works better for me, (used 2 years). Get it in CVS by request only. I tried CIPLA for about 4 months, don’t like it at all. Back to PAR. ## Why didn’t they work? What were all your side effects?

I have celiac disease and I just refilled a prescription for Oxycodone 5mg Tabs. My pharmacy switched manufacturers from QLT to SUN Pharmaceuticals (the site says the generic is made by Caraco Pharmaceutical. I took one and 3 hours later I'm having gluten-like pain. The Sun-Caraco site lists the inactive ingredients as: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, and sodium starch glycolate. Does anybody know if the pregelatinized starch, and sodium starch glycolate they use has gluten in it-- (wheat based rather than corn, or potato based)? ## Sun Pharmaceutical Oxycodone Tab 5mg does contain trace amounts of gluten measured at 100 parts per million. I couldn't understand why the brand name fioricet, which always worked in the past, was not working today. I did some research and discovered that the previous manufacturer was Watson Pharmaceutical who were bought out by Actavis Pharmaceutical. I called the FDA to leave a msg asking if the formulation Actavis sells as the brand name is identical to the one by Watson. When I get a reply, I will post. This happened once before with one of my mother's Parkinson's meds. I learned, when the new company manufactured it, the 'active" ingredients remained the same but there was a slight difference in the inactive ingredients. In my mind that should make it a generic, but was not the case. If you have concerns/complaints, I would suggest going on the FDA website and call or ...
