can i stop pantaprazole for a couple of days in order to take fluconazole? ## WHY WOULD YOU STOP THE PANTOPRAZOLE ## Well what i have understood is that the Pantaprazole can decrease the effects of Fluconazole and it might not work ## HI DOGGY, IN THAT CASE YOU CAN STOP THE PANTOPRAZOLE JUST BE AWARE YOUR REFLUX MAY GIVE YOU TROUBLE, I CANT MISS EVEN 1 DOSE WITHOUT HAVING GI UPSET. THE INDIGESTION IS AWFUL. Left side throat burns after 2 to 3 hours of taking food.
