Pain Management Botox

My pain management Dr. Has been giving me botox injections in my neck and upper back ,as a result I am in worse pain can't move my neck ,my head wants to lean to the left,can't have anyone touch my upper back,and I have to take more pain meds. Is this a bad reaction? First it was Botox and now same type of injection but different name. I am going to refuse to get anymore. My reuhmatologist does not want to prescribe hydrocodone anymore. I have severe pain from Lupus and arthritis. She has had me on this medication for 12 years. I have never, abused it, Now she decides she is afraid to write it with the new laws. She also treats my son who has fibromyalgia, epilepsy, which he dislocated his shoulder when he fell, during a grand Mal seizure, he has severe migraines and has tried every medication, even Botox, injections, and has discs problems in his neck because of his Down syndrome, which gives him terrible neck pain. After being patients for many years, she started us on their medications, she doesn't want to write them any more. ## You and your son need to see a Pain Management Dr. You will also need a copy of your medical records.

Looking for a doctor in Delaware/PA for pain management of severe migraine headaches who will prescribe oxycodone liquid. Have been to migraine clinics all over the country and tried Fentyl patch, Botox injections, triptan medications, morphine, diladid, with no relief for chronic dibiltating migraines. ## Has your doctor done any checking to see what's causing your migraines? The reason I'm asking is because Fentanyl is the strongest opiate available, so if it didn't help, it is unlikely that Oxycodone will help, regardless of the form its in. I am living with sickle cell anemia. My doctor for the last 10 years has prescribed me with oxycontin. Now my doctor is changing fields and will ne doing botox treatments and he will not write out anymore prescriptions. Does anyone know of a new doctor I can get my medication from in Las Vegas, Nevada? I do not abuse them but I do need them for server pain I have in my bones. Please help!! ## Have you tried asking them if they have a doctor they can recommend for you? In most situations of this type, doctors will look for someone else too take over their patients, rather than leave them out in the cold. Otherwise, have you considered trying a pain management specialist? That might be your other best option, since they are specially trained in dealing with this type of health problem.

Are there any doctors in East Texas that aren't afraid to prescribe Stadol NS 3-4 bottles per month for Migraine rescue therapy. Many cite rebound. I've never had a problem with that. Other's say they are limited by the new laws, however I've learned this is not true. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
