My MD started me on Lexapro a little more than a month ago. Started at 5 mg and I got such paranoia that I quit. On follow-up exam he suggested 2.5 mg and I've been doing that for about 3 weeks. Today I upped it to 5 mg. He was talking as high as 40 mg. I see no reason for anyone taking that amount especially with what I'm reading about rats coming down with retinal degeneration and adrenal failure, plus all the symptoms that come from withdrawals. I can't find any information about AS LABS. This leads me to believe that the pill you have may not be a prescription medication, but could likely be an illicit drug. It could however, be a medication manufactured outside the United States or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. I am just now taking this medication, but feel like I am having to take more hydrocodone 10's. I got off the fentanyl patches for the same reason. I am scared I may take too many and overdose......? I was on Lexapro 20 mg. a day for years. In Aug of 2012 I changed to the generic form. After 2 days, I was having terrible side effects. My pharmacist told me that the generic was exactly the same as the Brand name and that it must be something else wrong. I recently switched back to Lexapro Brand name and have felt so much better that it is unbelievable. I have reported this to the FDA. I know that other people are suffering from this same problem. I've been talking exalgo 32mg. And it takes some of my pain away. Before I was on methadone oxycodone, fentanyl pathches and they did nothing for me. But now my copay is over 800.00 a month. I have been on this new EXPENSIVE drug EXALGO 16mg, The doctor's around here do not want to prescribe what I can take ( I am allergic to so much) and this stuff makes me sick and I break out in Hives worse then any other medication I have been on! I was on 30 mg of lexapro for 2 years when it pooped out. I was wondering what dose would be comparable to that of zoloft. I know everyone reacts differently and there's not an exact dose eequivalency but from people's experience or charts what is the closest dose of that in zoloft, so I can have an idea of where i want to be without starting from day 1 again. Is there anyone here who uses Zyprexa Relprevv injection in their nursing practice? ## yes, we use all the time for those who did well on the oral form of zyprexa but fail to take pills daily. Our clinic has seen incredible results, even better than expected from the oral form as it states it is exactly the same. I have patients now starting part time jobs where that would never have been a possibility even with the oral olanzapine.

I started on 10mg of Lexapro exactly a month ago for generalized panic disorder. My first week on it was AWFUL. Really bad side effects. My anxiety was extremely heightened, I felt like I was crawling out of my skin, awful headaches, I was so tired, could barely get out of bed. My psychiatrist prescribed me .5mg of ativan to take as needed every 8 hours for when I'm feeling extra anxious so that made me even more tired once I was getting used to it. On my 8th day or so, the side effects started to ware off more and more every day. I am now a month in, I don't have all those side effects anymore and the ativan doesn't make me sleepy, but my anxiety isn't any better than it was before I started on the medication. What is the conversion of opana er to exalgo er? I used to take 20mg opana er 3 times a day and was switched to 16mg exalgo er once a day, but it doesn't seem to treat the pain as well or as steady as the opana. ## According to NIH conversions, it would require 15mgs of Exalgo to be equivalent to each 20mgs of Opana that you were taking, so no your dosage is not high enough to equal your prior medication.
