I have a blue round pill that has an R on the top and 215 on the bottom. I cannot remember if it is my Oxycontin or the generic for it. Can you please let me know if it is my Oxycontin? ## Yes it is the same thing... it is oxicodone. The OX 20 imprint just seems like a fake in my opinion, based on NIH.gov depictions of how 20mg Oxycontin should look if it was actually a legitimate Oxycontin pill.
