Oxycodone Maine Doctor
4 Topics FoundMy doctor retired. Looking for Dr. or DO in Portland Maine area to treat chronic pain. ## Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you'll need to see a pain management specialist for long-term ongoing treatment of chronic pain. Have you found a new PCP, yet? Having one that can refer you to someone would likely be the easiest way to get the help you need. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone else know of a good doctor in that area?

I suffer from degenerative arthritis in my hips, bulging discs in lumbar spine, fibromyalgia, sacroiliac joint dysfunction as well as depression and panic disorder. I have not had any relief from pain in over 10 months. I have two young children and I can barely provide for their basic care and needs. It is so depressing and sad, when I can function normally if medicated appropriately. Someone please help me find a doctor or give me some advice. I cannot hold down a job or be ac...
I had my foot impaled by a forklift blade in 2007. I almost lost my foot. Four surgeries including nerve and skin grafting from multiple graft sites. My dr to this day has me on a 5mg oxy dosage and will not budge. Yet I know someone who gets 225 oxychodone 30 mg every two weeks for a VERY trumped up injury. This is Bs. Sorry just venting. Cold as hell in Maine. ## No problem, venting is freely allowed, we get many posts of such a nature. There are many people who get such prescriptions for invalid reasons and it is very unfair to those that actually need them. If the 5mg Oxycodone doesn't help and your doctor won't prescribe a higher dosage or let you try anything else, then it may be time to see a different doctor. There is no harm in at least trying. Just make certain that wh...
