Hello i was wondering if they actually do make an oxycodone 20mg IR tablet? Now im on Oxycodone 30mg IR tab #120 1 tab 4 times daily. I suffer from severe debilitating chronic lower back and leg pain. The pill is larger and thicker with an A that looks like it would've been a P at first and the 215 doesn't look right. I am not sure if she really did but my friend called me and said that she took 19 30mg oxycotin and 25 4mg dilaudid. I want to know if I should go get her and take her to hospital. That sounds like alot to me but I know she has had cancer so not sure how high her tolerance is. ## Even with a high tolerance, to me that sounds like a deliberate overkill. Regardless of her tolerance, even the biggest addicts/junkies don't use "half" of nineteen 30mg extended-release oxycodones in one sitting; let alone topping it off with twenty-five 4mg dilaudids. From what I could gather, a round blue pill that is scored on one side and has 224 on the other is identified as Oxycodone 30mgs with a National Drug Code of 57664-0224. For additional verification, the tablet itself is approximately 8mm in size.
