M 358 This is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, a generic for the narcotic analgesic Lortab. ## they are fine but sumtimes i have to take like 4 for them to do any good but it is hard to get them perscribed from a doc any higher than 5 mg's or 7.5 mg's ## Is there a pain medication without Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it? I drink alcohol, and advised NOT to take Tylenol. ## Yes roxicodone which is oxycodone ( ingredient in Percocet) without acetemetaphine

what is difference between M 357 and Watson 932 in terms of effectiveness? ## Watson 932 is Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Oxycodone hydrochloride (10 mg). M357 is Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). That said, the comparison lies between Oxycodone and Hydrocodone. My research shows that Acetaminophen + Oxycodone is used for acute (short term) moderate to severe pain. While Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone doesn't specify being, quote "short term". Fibro, CFS, osteo, haven't been able to get relief since they took Darvocet off market. Was on time release morphine for 2-3 years this worked. Take gabapentin 400mg am & pm. Obviously not working. Elavil 50 mg nite. Do acupuncture, chiropractor helps. If I'm active then I nose dive it immense pain. Epsom salts bath helps. Have Vicoden 350mg, if I take it on a regular basis I itch then have to take a shot of benadryl. I'm 71 and would like part of my life back. Is there anything that will help? ## Hello, Lyn! The only active ingredient is time released form of oxycodone. You might be thinking of percocet which does contain acetaminophen aka Tylenol (355 or 500 mgs) with immediate release oxycodone.
