It consists of one part trimethoprim to five parts sulfamethoxazole. It is used for urinary tract infections, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) skin infections, travelers' diarrhea, respiratory tract infections, and cholera, among others. I also have a bunch of pills grouped together with my acyclovir labeled CTI 112. I am trying to identify all my meds and cannot find anything about this pill anywhere. It is white and long oval. I believe it is acyclovir but want to make sure and why the hec isn't it listed anywhere? ## I have the same pills - 400mg Acyclovir -- I checked with the pharmacy- it's a new generic form of zovirax ## This identification is correct.
