It is generic lorcet 10-650. Just picked up a script. About the same as lortab 10, norco 10. And has less acetaminophen than vicodin. ## No, it doesn't have less Acetaminophen, considering this has one of the highest doses of it that's presently available in these combination medications, so I'm not sure who told you that. The most commonly prescribed doses of this narcotic medication contain 325mgs or 500mgs of Acetaminophen and this one has 650 mg. There is only one that's higher than this and it has 750mgs in it. I found a pill that is an off white/light tan color thats oval and is blank on one side then has vicodin writin on the other. Norco contains exactly the SAME ingredients that Vicodin does!! Please note the V on the pill DOES NOT stand for Vicodin. It stands for the pharmaceutical company: Vintage Qualitest. The pill marked V 3596 contains Acetaminophen 750mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs. Exactly the same as active ingredients as the Norco did. The only difference is who manufactures them and possibly the dosage, if your doctor changed it. Any idea what they are? ## M365 is supposed to be the real marking on a white oval 5/325 generic Vicodin tablet. If there is a cursive V instead of an M, then my guess would be that the manufacturer was none other than Vintage Pharmaceutical (now known as Qualitest). But if it's an M, then the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt. Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact either one of these manufacturers directly regarding this inquiry, just to cover all angles. It is a generic Vicodin that contains Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). Since the M367 imprint is so similar to your pill's imprint (M347) it is very likely that you do have a generic Vicodin, but possibly a higher or lower dosage than the one I've located.
