Jus hard to believe they are really Xanax ## I can confirm the blue oval pill in description to be Alprazolam (1 mg); also known as Xanax. It is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals Inc. Just wondering, but is the medication not doing it's job? Maybe you should talk to your doctor about other alternatives. I've heard good things about Lexapro; but from personal experience, a good natural alternative I would recommend is St. John's Wort in combination with 5 HTP.
