IE: Is it pressed into the pill, or raised up off of the tablet? There are a couple of possibilities, but determining which one it could be depends on knowing more details about the logo. My pharmacy by mail sent me round orange tablets (7mm diameter, 2mm thickness) that were supposed to be 25mg of hydrochlorothiazide. They look like the last batch but the description on the label does not match the code stamped on the pills. The pills are plain on one side, with a scoring on the other for cutting in half. Above the score is capital I, and below the number 26. Fortunately I was able to find a match on the NIH database. According to the NIH this imprint and color is designated for generic low dose ibuprofen.
