Olmezest Ch

Recently doctor prescribed me olmezest ch 20 instead of olmezest beta 25 when I complained about occassional palpitations. Also prescribed Seloken XL 50 and RANCAD 500 mg. Will these medicines help cure palpitation and irregulas heartbeat and control high BP? What are the side effects of these medicines?

What is the difference between olmezest h 40 and enam 5 ## Olmezest-H contains the active ingredients Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. I am 41 year old male. I was diagonised with BP two years back. I was taking Olmzest CH 40 for six months and it was under control. Later I reduced it to Olmzest CH 10. BP again started increasing one month back to 150-90 range. Kindly advise whether I need to increase the dosage to Olmzest CH 40 instead 10mg.

I am taking Olmezest Ch 20 in the morning and Atorfit cv10 at night; moreover I also take a urimax D daily. Very recently my blood pressure has been fluctuating. Sometimes it goes to 100/55 or 100/60. Should I reduce the dose to Olmezest Ch 10? ## Are you experiencing any symptoms, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, or drowsiness? As reported by the NIH, those levels aren't dangerous, unless they are causing such symptoms. Is this the only medication you are currently taking? Have you consulted your doctor? I am a 51 year old male, having BP 199/100 inspite of taking the above combination, viz. morning- olmezest ch40, amlopin 5 , afternoon -ecospirin av 75, evening nebistar 10, moxovas .3, along with insulins and amaryl, and jalra, nothing seems to work on my sugars and BP. I am 35 years old and recently i have attended lipid profile test . Then i have noticed that i am suffering from cholesterol and my doctor suggested me ROZAVEL F 5 for cholesterol and OLMEZEST 10 for B.P(150/100) . My wife is 67 years old. Family history of high bp and high cholesterol. Latter level above 300. BP llevel 180/100 Fluctuates comsiderably. 14 days ago cardiologist prescribed OLMEZEST 40 one tablet per day. Reaction extreme tiredness. Cardio said stop olmezest 40. Use old combination of drugs Atorva 10mg. Dilzem 120. and Aspirin 75mg One tablet daily....latter drugs used by my wife since 2000. No negative reactions to these latter three drugs fot 14 years. Want to know contraindications associated with CILICAR 20 now prescribed in place of OLMEZEST 40. ## I'm 66 age&l attacked by high BP. I am using Triolmezest for BP & deplatt CV for cholesterol as per my doctor .Is that medication safe for me?

Sir I am S.N.Phukan 55 years old man. My prostrate is enlarged to 41 gr. Previously I took silofast-8 now doctor changed it to urimax-D at bed time. I took also Olmezest-20 for blood sugar. I am also a heart patient. This year 25th September placed a pace maker in my heart before placing pace maker I was fall down and injured in my nose. I took also ecosprin-150 and atorva-20mg for heart. How long I will take urimax-D. To day my fasting blood sugar is 199. I took insulin human mastered 30/70 20 unit before lunch and 10 unit before dinner. Again at bed time I took basolack 20 unit. I am waiting for your reply. S.N.Phukan, Assam
