Olfen 100 Retard

I am overweight and when i sit up from bed i get a painful stiff lower back i take 1 olfen 100 mg a day for the relief. When taken i find i dont urinate as often as i usually do. How long can i go on this medication? Is it safe? I dont have any heart problems or high blood pressure.

I have a gout toe condition and found Olfen Sr effective in the past. My pharmacist only had olfen 100 retard which I began using. But is this also for gout conditions or only for eye problems?
