Oblong White Pill 32 500

Found some pills in my sons bag (P500 oblong pill). I asked what it is and he says oxycodone 10/325, but I can not find it anywhere. Is it what he thinks it is? ## No, it is not. This tablet is manufactured by Pack Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin, which is an antibiotic. If so, you may have a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (5/500mg) tablet made by Mallinckrodt. @Renee, The pill you're describing sounds like Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (7.5/325mg) made by Novel Labs (Lupin acquired them back in 2016). It contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the WATSON 349 marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is a 7.5 mg hydrocodone with 325 mg tylenol. ## No, this is just an over the counter tablet that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. It was a narcotic analgesic used to treat pain, however, this dosage is no longer available on the U.S. market. Such combination prescription medications are now restricted to containing no more then 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. Was found in a hydrocodone bottle ## If it is stamped Watson 358 or m358 its a Lortab; which Lortab is the brand name of Hydrocodone. ## The tablet with the Z71 marking is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and contains 500mgs of Metformin, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar in diabetics. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence, hypoglycemia, and diarrhea. (NDC 68382-0760) Payton, Lortab is the name brand for it. (NDC 16590-636, just one example.) However, it should be noted that it no longer contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, due to FDA action, combined medications cannot contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. If this oblong white pill you have embossed M360, on the other side has a score mark in the center of the pill, that matches the generic version of Vicodin ES brand. The mfg is Mallinckrodt Inc., 675 McDonnell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63134. Can 500mg Tylenol be taken in between IP 109 tablets? The IP 109 tablets are taken once in the morning and once in the evening, but does not seem to be enough for that back pain. I want to take the 500mg Tylenol tablet in the mid-afternoon. ## HI, Simon! How are you feeling? I'd suggest checking with your doctor, before adding additional Acetaminophen. The Vicodin tablets that you're taking already contain 325mgs of it in each dose and too much of it in a day carries the risk of being fatally toxic. I've come across two of these white oblong pills with this exact marking on them on one side, no markigs on the other side. I was in a serious automobile accident a few years back and was prescribed several medications to help me deal with the pain I experienced as I was recovering.
