Oblong Gray Pill No Markings
8 Topics FoundI found some pills in my teenager's room that I'm trying to identify. They are oblong, gray with a purplish tint, and no markings. They are not in a capsule. Hoping they are just vitamins, but I have no way of knowing. Any way to figure it out? ## Hello, Kaytryn! How are you? Sorry about the mystery! But without any markings, it's very difficult to determine what this is with any certainty. Yes, it most likely is an over the counter product of some type, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Have you tried asking your teen? If you give it the right approach, like you aren't mad, because you know it's something available over the counter and are just curious, they may not react badly and may just be honest about what it is. Does anyon...

I was wondering what this pill is used for? It is oblong, gray on one side and white on the other. The number on the pill is p449 and the number is on the gray side. It is not a capsule. ## I am almost 100% sure this is Robax Platinum (500mg methocarbamol, 200 mg Ibuprofin) I use these for muscle strains and they really do a good job at easing the pain without making you feel "loopy". ## Jenny may be right, as I have come across a small pill image of Robax Platinum depicting a half white, half gray oblong pill associated with their product packaging. However I also noticed a score line on the pill and it wasn't clear enough to determine what the markings were (if any). Also, please correct me if I'm wrong, but Robax Platinum appears to be a Canadian medication. Just some...
Found a dark grey oblong pill. No imprint and no lines. Not a capsule. My guess its OTC but would like to know for sure what it is. ## Yes, if it has no markings, then it can be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. However, that does leave the possibilities wide open among over the counter products. Where did you find it? Some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back when I find anything. ## Found it Northern IL. Thanks for the help. ## I found a container with five light gray half inch oval pills no imprints on them ## Did u ever find out what it was cause I found one too
It is cut in half so I don't have all the markings but one side looks blank and the other has a zero left on it. ## Hi Carla, Being that you only have half of a pill, it's going to be a real challenge for anyone to try and determine what other numbers or markings were on the other half, since there are numerous blue pills with a "0" as part of their imprint. A few questions I have that may help make this search a little more specific are: 1). Is this pill you're describing a capsule or a tablet? 2). To the best of your knowledge what shape is the pill supposed to be? (oblong, round, oval, etc) 3). Do you have any other clues that may depict where the pill could've originated from or where it was found? 4). Did someone you know take the other half thinking it was ...

I found a pill in my 16 year olds room, and need help. There are no markings at all on pill, which this had made it very diffucult to try and find via internet. It is oblong in shape and has 3 colors. From left to right...pink, white, gray. If anyone has any information reguarding this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you ## sounds like a time release concerta, add medication ## i found a similar pill, is the pink much stripe much thiner than the white? ## try your pharmacy they will have the right answer it sounds like a over the counter med, i think tylenol has something like that. all though i might be wrong. ## if you are really concerned do a drug test on your child you can get one at your local pharmacy. it's better to be wrong and be too late.
