Norel Sr Tablet

Could this possibly cause my blood pressure reading to be higher than it normally is? ## This tablet contains Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan and Phenylephrine, all of which can elevate blood pressure. ## My druggist said that Norel SR has been removed from the market by the manufactuerer. Does any one know if this is true?

I am trying to identify a medication and need help. It is a heart shaped pill with one side that is white and reads US. Onthe other side the pill is yellow and reads 04 20 with a score between the 04 and 20. ## I need help identifying a yellow and white heart shaped pill. two tone yellow/white tablet w/ US wriiten on one side, and 04/20 on the other side. It is a triangular shape. ## what type of drug and the use?
