Is a norco 365 stronger then a vicodin 357 and why ## Based on my research, Norco M365 is "weaker" than Vicodin M357. It's simply a matter of each pill containing a different dosage of Acetaminophen. Norco M365 contains: Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). Vicodin M357 contains: Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). I have been taking Watson's m365 (10mg) for nearly a year. I've never had any adverse effects. Recently I switched pharmacies and they have ip110's instead. I'm now experiencing itching, headaches, bruising, more pain or less effectiveness and (as weird as this sounds) I pass out and sleep 3-4 hours after taking 2. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. What's the difference and how do I explain this to my pharmacy, so they understand the importance of ordering Watson? Thank you for your help with this. The pills look alike. Is a white oval pill w/ m365 a 10mg Norco? ## Hi Dodie, A white oval pill marked "M365" is identified as Acetaminophen 325 mg + Hydrocodone 5 mg. So to answer your question, no, this is not a "10 mg" Norco. It actually appears to be a generic version of Norco as well. It is a narcotic pain killer. ## The subject is Vicodin. Is a V 3604, which is vicodin with red specks in it stronger or equal to M357? yes, I can't find a list of Vicodin that shows number on pill and strength. don't need photos, just numbers & strength for all Vicodin. 5 to 10's. ## Hi greg, Please correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't brand name Vicodin's no longer being made? I was under the impression that it was replaced by Norco. At any rate, here are some of the imprints and dosages I came across online while searching for Norco (including generics): WATSON 913: 5/325 M365: 5/325 V 3604: 5/325 NORCO 729: 7.5/325 NORCO 539: 10/325 M367: 10/325 IP 110: 10/325 There may be a few others that I missed as well, since it's not very clear which ones are still on the market and which have been discontinued. Can you tell me what the pill looks like? ## Hi Kim, From what I could gather, most of the 5/325mg Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone Bitartrate tablets are white and capsule (oblong) shaped. Some of the imprints on these pills are: IP 109, M365, 3202 WATSON, and 3604 V. There may be more though. Did you have any specific questions or concerns regarding this medication? I had dhr called on me and the day of the drug test I had I took a hydrocodone 5 that was prescribed to me. But in the drug test it didn't come back. I think it showed up as heroin as that's what came up?? And I don't even know what that is. And sure don't do it. So I lost my kids because of it and I really really want my kids back.
