No Periods After Taking Regestrone

I've been taking regestrone for 3 days (2 tablets per day) to postpone my periods, but 5 days after I'm still not getting my menstrual cycle. ## I took the medicine for 5 days. I was intimate with my boyfriend between these days. After stopping, it's been 9 days and I haven't gotten my periods. Any idea when I can expect them? ## I have taken 3 days thrice registrone tablets as per doctors prescription but after 10 days past for last tablet. Still I have not my periods. I started getting my periods after 9 months of my delivery as i was feeding my baby. My cycles were irregular so i consulted my doctor upon whos advice i took regestrone 5 mg for 25 days (starting 5th day of my period). Dr told that i will get my period within 1 day of missing the tablet. I have not got my period even after 20 days of stopping the medicine. I am not pregnant. Hi ..I was adviced by my doctor to take regestrone for 5 days so that I can have early periods as I wanted to get my cycle dates changed. My periods got 7 days late so I took advise from my friend and had 3 tabs of susten 100mg for 3 days. Then after 2 3 days doctor advised me take Regestrone 5m for 5 days. If you wish to delay your menstrual cycle, then it is very important to start the medication before your cycle starts, as it will not stop it, once you are already menstruating, though it may shorten the duration. I am advised to take regestrone 5mg, 15 tabs 3 times a day for 5 days to regulate my periods. After how many days will I have my periods from the day I finish the course? I finished the course on Jan 18th and now it's Jan 28th. Do I still have to wait more days before checking? ## You period should start within 1 to 3 days of stopping the tablets. Hi... I have been getting irregular periods. This month when i got my periods on the 3rd my doctor gave me regestrone 5 mg and told me to start these after 22nd and to take 2 tablets each day for 5 days. I made a mistake and confused it with another tablet she gave me and started taking these on the 9th that was the 5th day of my period itself. I have pocd. My expected period date was on nov 1st and now its the 15th of nov. My doc advised me to take regestrone for 7 days twice daily to get my periods. I am 36 yrs old . From the time I matured ( when i was 13 yrs old ) I have been having irregular periods and took various hormonal medication from my gynaec to regularise them. Till date after so many years I still have irregular periods. I am married for almost 10yrs and have not concieved. I get my periods once in 3 months and the flow is very heavy and lasts for more than a month . My gynaec has to prescribe hormones again for the flow to stop.
