No Period

Ok so I've been on the Junel 21 for two months. I finished my pack last thursday. I am on day six of no pill and still no period. However I do have a yeast infection that i have no clue where it came from. Ok, so I just got married and started the pill right before I got married. The first month everything was normal and I started my period like clockwork the first day of the white pill. Month number 2 rolls around, I am on my 3rd day of white pills and no period. Should I be concerned. Is pregnancy possible. As far as I know I have not missed any blue pills and done very well in taking them. ## If you are worried, it never hurts to consult your doctor, just in case. I have been on Minastrin for 2 months. The first month I skipped my period on purpose by not taking the brown pills and going straight to the next back. Now I'm on my second pack and took the last brown pill today. I haven't gotten my period and start my 3rd pack tomorrow. Is this normal ? ## Hello, Krys! How are you? I switched from a different type of pill to Minastrin this month. This is Saturday at the end of my first pack and I have had no period at all. Is this common with this pill? I know it supposed to make period lighter, but I need some kind of indication every month that I'm not pregnant! ## Hello, Matilda! How are you? Hi, My name is Edna, i had a blighted ovum @ 8wks in may, bleed for about two weeks, since then i have not seen my period, i did a home pregnancy test and it was negetive. i was advised to start on the contraceptives, which i did, i am now on the red line (pill no. 3) bt still nothing. please help on what to do next. kindest regards ## Hi Edna! If I get my period while still on the "active" pills do I continue to take them as normal? Is that an overdose of hormones? ## No, it is not an overdose, breakthrough bleeding is actually a normal side effect of hormonal contraceptives and can occur for the first few months you are taking them. I started my period thursday of last week and it was suppose to stop yesterday but it is still bleeding pretty badly and today is monday. I have Been on tri-sprintec for about three weeks and I havent had a period yet. Should I be worried?
