I recently had a 6 weeks pregnancy miscarriage. Now i am going to take fefolvit capsule. Is it good for me? ## M from pakistan. Age 23, no more specific story. Can anyone suggest a cheaper alternative as fefol z is a bit expensive ## I am not sure what else is available to you. Have you tried asking your doctor or pharmacist? Fefol-Z is a nutritional supplement, it is often given to pregnant women to ensure that they have enough of the vital nutrients that it contains to ensure a healthy pregnancy. It contains Folic Acid, Iron and Zinc. ## better option to intake all the desired vital nutrients extracted from plants is Iron Folic from nutrilite. 09{edited for privacy}

Hey, I want know if fefolvit tablets are used by unmarried women as it is mostly prescribed in pregnancy? I am 23 and weighing 87 kg trying to loose weight, I go to the gym 7 days a week and eating a 1200 cal diet, but facing hairloss and split-ends, also my skin is dry and dull. Someone suggested me these tablets. Can i take it as i didn't have any blood work performed nor did I check my Hb level and iron level....? Now i want to know if these tablets cause weight gain or if it would stop my weight loss? If it is I'll stop using it....Also, does it cause any breakout and pimples? Because i have startd fefolvit last week and I've had a pimple on my forehead but am not if it's due to the medicine or something else.. Thanks. ## I was suffering from iron deficiency anaemia ...

If u wanted to take fefol, they suggest that u should not take it with milk - what is the reason? I wanted to know this personally. ## Felol is an iron and folic acid supplement. The reason it should not be taken with milk is because the calcium can lessen the amount of the active ingredents that you absorb. So, you may not get the full therapeutic dose required. Just Today I Saw How Iron Pellets In Fefol Capsule Were Attracted To Magnetis It Safe to take.because i heard a woman was asked to take those capsule and she gt kidney stones during pregnancy

I am low on iron but if I take any iron supplements I get constipated. Can I use vizlac along with iron tabs

i am 65 years old. i take fefol iron capsule daily. is this ok to continue? i have been taking fefol on and off since last child born 36 years ago. i dont appear to have side effects but if i stop taking i notice my poo being quite pale.
