I have this red and purple capsule that says N 150 on it. What could it be? ## what is a red and purple capsule with markings N 150 ## I have capsules marked with N on one side and 150 on the other. They too are deep red and light purple. I take 2 Ferrex 150 Forte 150-25-1 mg caps daily. I had taken Rantac 150mg, 2hrs back for G.E.R.D. It expired in August 2016. Please help me. Is it dangerous? ## No, that is nothing to worry about, Vivek. It doesn't become dangerous, once expired, it just starts to lose efficacy, according to the FDA. If you have anymore that is expired, it would be best to dispose of them and obtain a fresh supply. A friend has been taking Biprofenid 150 mg one a day for 3 days and now his urine is red. Is this normal? ## HI, Cathy! Has he consulted his doctor? He should do so immediately, that could be due to blood in the urine, which means there may be internal bleeding somewhere. Bi-Profenid contains the active ingredient Ketoprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and it can cause stomach ulceration and an increased risk of bleeding as possible side effects. Do they work as well as PAR brand? Any other comments on this brand of Bupropion? ## Do not work as well. And couldn't return them. CVS still uses PAR and CVS policy is to inform before providing different brand. ## PAR Bupropion works better for me, (used 2 years). Get it in CVS by request only. I tried CIPLA for about 4 months, don’t like it at all. Back to PAR. ## Why didn’t they work? What were all your side effects?
