My Losartan Is Green Color

Dear Pres. Info.: My husband was prescribed Losartan 25mg yesterday. However, there were 2 different looking tablets in the bottles. Thanks to your web site, I was able to identify the white round one with 572 is in fact Losartan 25mg. The other one is "light green colored, oblong shaped" and the number '7364' on one side & the number "93" on the other side. Is this really Losartan 25 mg also??? Recently changed pharmacies. The old pharmacy dispensed in the manufacture bottle relabled with my script info. The dosage is 50 mg. The old script the pills are oval green color, with markings Side 1: 93 and side 2: 7365. The new pharmacy dispensed in a regular perscription bottle. The new pills are white, oblong with markings Side 1: P22 and side 2: LU. I questioned the difference with the pharmacy and they assured me it was correct. I called to refill my Losartan, which has always been small & a greenish color.The pharmacy gave me a large, white, oval pill with no scoring & only the # 13 on one side. I can't find it anywhere online. Can you help? This is not the 1st time they have screwed up & I want to know what it is b/4 I take them back in case it is something serious that could have hurt or killed me. my losartan 100mg tablets from my last refill now are green in color and smaller in size. i spoke with my kelsey pharmacy and was told they are using a different mfg aurobindo. I looked them up and they are located somewhere in India. my losartan was coming from mfg northstar. how can i tell if the ingredience in the new green pills are the same as the white larger pills? The coating is orange. Inside is white. I'm afraid someone took my prescription and replaced it with decoys, does anyone know of they are white inside? ## That is normal, the outer coating can be a different color according to the manufacturer's choosing. My Losartan that I take for heart function has a green coating on the outside, but it's white inside.
