Montelukast And Levocetirizine Tablets

Sir, I have been taking Montelukast Sodium and levoctrizine dihydro chloride since few months as I feel relieved from allergy which used to cause cold and caugh.Although I feel fine now and want to quit this tablet now .Please suggest me on how to quit .I feel drowsiness which is having negative effect on my work .Please help me . ## This medication is not habit forming, so you don't need to taper off of it, or anything. However, stopping abruptly may cause some rebound sinus congestion, as reported by the U.S. FDA, but that should go away within a week, or so. Drowsiness can be a normal side effect of antihistamines, sometimes it gets so severe you can't stay awake to do anything. Are you on any other medications?

I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM ALLERGY ON MY FACE FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN GIVEN MOTRE-L TABLETS. Figuring that out and eliminating the culprit would be the best solution. It must be something that you became exposed to around the time of the first reaction and keep being exposed to. I'm sorry, but this combination is not available in the U.S. Both are available, separately, under the brand names Singulair (Montelukast) and Xyzal (Levocetirizine) and require a prescription from your doctor. i am useing this tab sins 4 month now i have numness in my tongue sins one week ## give the details of both levocetrizine + montelukast side effect ## The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache. A numb tongue is not a normal side effect. Have you consulted your doctor? Are you on any other medications? When I was taking them both, I found that I often got chills and would shiver, so I had to stop mixing them.

L Montus is prescribed the doctor earlier to me so many time -hence just want to confirm again whether the same can be continue for 5 days everyday night ## You should follow your doctors instructions.
