This is my third month taking sprintec. I completely overlooked taking the pill last Saturday and didn't realize until today when I took the pack out of the holder entirely. I've taken every pill at the same time except for last Saturday's. I therefore took two today. Should I be worried that skipping a pill and catching up today caused ovulation? ## Yes, there is a risk of that, though only a slight one. You can use backup protection for the next 7 days, until you've made sure to take a pill each day, without missing any, so you'd be sure they are preventing ovulation, again. Hi i have been on microgynon my last withdrawal bleed was 5 days later than usual and very light more of a brown colour than red i missed one pill in the first week of my last packet. Could this mean i am pregnant because i had intercourse the same day i missed the pill and didnt use any other protection? ## Hello, Yaz! How are you? Yes, it's possible if you completely missed a tablet, but only a PT will let you know for sure. If you did have some spotting, it isn't very likely, but better to be sure than not, so you can put your mind at ease. I forgot to to take the blue active tri-sprintec pills for 3 days. Days Thursday, Friday, Saturday on the first row of pills. On Sunday morning I started bleeding a lot. Some people double up and some don't. It wouldn't hurt if u decided 2 double up. Hello I am a Sunday starter and have been on birth control for a few months. On week 3 last month I missed two pills in a row and did not have a new pack. So I took two pills on the next day and two pills the day after that to catch up. I read I was supposed to start a new pack, am I messed up now? I usually put my Lexapro tablet in my back pocket before taking with dinner. Recently I found a tablet in my pocket which I guess I forgot to take at some point. The same week I had noticed feeling some of my old symptoms back after feeling ok for some weeks I'm wondering if missing one tablet could have caused that relapse ? I just realized i never took the two white pills from my last pill pack (lot going on). But i had my period so no worries and was going to just start my next pill pack sunday. However, i did not foresee my dr messing up (long story but will be switching dr.s) so, I was unable to get prescription filled until wednesday; 4 days after I was to begin taking the first pill.
