My grandson is currently taking Metadate CD 20 mg and is during wonderful in school. Now his father is just got layed off. Looking for a coupon for Metadate CD ## Metadate CD is a name brand for Methylphenidate, commonly used stimulant, to treat ADHD and Narcolepsy. this site doesn't manufacture, nor prescribe any mediations, so this site doesn't have coupons available. Usually these come directly from the manufacturer or they provide them to doctors to give out to patients. Can't get $25 coupons anymore, why? ## Have you tried checking with the manufacturer? Sometimes they only provide such coupons while a medication is new and/or there is no generic equivalent on the market. It is manufactured by UCB Inc. Can I take metadata cd and allegra D together? ## Hello, Are you taking the Allegra D 24 hour, or 12 hour? Both of these varieties contain the active ingredients Fexofenadine + Pseudoephedrine. The Metadate CD contains the active ingredient Methylphenidate. Methylphenidate + Pseudoephedrine can both potentially increase blood pressure and heart rate, so combining the two may enhance the effects. for adhd ## Could you please explain some of the effects of this medicine, short and long term? NMy son was just prescribed this for impulsive hyperactivity. He is only 4. I have not wanted to put him on meds, but I have to know. He is getting worse and he even got kicked out of school. However, the info packet with the meds states not recommended for children under 7. I also want him to be able to go into any government service if he would like and from what I hear, you can not enlist if you are on ritalin or have ever been on it. Please clarify: From what I have been able to research on here, it appears that Concerta and Ritalin are actually the same drug. Is that true? I looked under Methlphenidate and Metadate CD and both say commonly known as Ritalin in North America. ## That is correct. However Methylphenidate (Ritalin) is immediate release and Concerta is a Slow/Time Release form of Ritalin that is released into the body over a duration of 10 hours.

Vyvanse 30mg and metadate CD 20mg for about a week.....last dose was sat the 3rd about 1130a ......no more than 1 pill a day.....could u pass a urine screen on 8th....not sure if a standard but goes to lab everytime no matter what....will cranberry help speed this process up?
