According to the NIH, [1] linked here, there is only one brand of meperidine hydrochloride/promethazine hydrochloride (meprozine) that comes in a red capsule. By the way, the strength on this is 50mg and 25mg, respectively.

oblong red v4206 ## This is actually a generic form of Meprozine, meperidine 50mg and promethazine 20mg. It is used for moderate to severe pain and often times used directly after serious surgey. It can be very addictive, cause problems passing urine, euphoria, headache, marked drowsiness. ## Just to confirm, I have also identified the red capsule with imprint V 4206 as Meperidine hydrochloride + promethazine hydrochloride; but I believe the dosage is (50 mg) of Meperidine hydrochloride and (25 mg) of promethazine hydrochloride.
