Why is one tablet 7.5 tiny and another by different manufacturer much larger?Are they adding extra ingredients and if so why? I find it odd one can be so small and another so big. I've been prescribed 15mg of Meloxicam tablets and take it every morning after breakfast but I've run out. Can I take 2x 7.5mg tablets instead? Also, is there a difference between the capsules and tablets? ## Yes, you can double up on the others, unless your doctor instructs otherwise. I have chronic Osteoporosis pain. the 7.5 I take at 7 am wares off by the afternoon. Should I double the dosage: 7.5 am and 7.5 after 6pm? Also, is it safe to take clonazepam .5mg with Meloxicam.
