I take 15 mg Meloxicam once a day. It is helpful relieving pain for about 12 hours. Can I cut the pill in half and try taking them every 12 hours? ## Just started taking Meloxicam 3 days ago. I have been taking Mobic 15MG for 10 days and I can't tell its helping me at all with my inflammation in my back and neck, plus I have a pinched nerve. How long does it take to start working on this? Also I have been taking a prescribed dosage of Potassium Chloride 10MEQ (what it says on the prescription bottle) but been on the Potassium for a few years. Is this a bad combo?
