Melatonin Round White Pill No Markings

i have a small (7/16 diameter) round white pill that has no markings or colorings in it at all. any idea what it could be?? ## In situations like this, where there are no markings on the tablet, it is rather difficult to determine what they contain. They can be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. They are most likely an over the counter product and in that case, there are many possibilities. But there is also a chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone have any ideas on this one? ## It could be a melatonin, which is an over the counter sleeping aid.

It's actually difficult to say, since they are no markings, I can say that it is most likely an over the counter product, since all prescription tablets in the U.S. must have imprints. However, that does leave it open to a lot of possibilities. It could be a children's medication, something for adults, or even just a supplement. There are many blank, round, white pills among over the counter products. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. I was at the gym when I found a flatish white round pill, blank on one side and blank on the other side besides a single score mark. The pills are white or maybe a bit more off white but are completely round. They have absolutely no markings on either side. A friend ordered them from India (or New Delhi, India). No marks AT ALL!!!
