Max Dosage For Prozac

I have been on Prozac for 20 yrs now and it's been titrated up to my present dosage of 80 mg qd. Dx of ADD about 2 yrs ago. I now take Adderal 30 mg qd. Random periods of gross diaphoresis, hyperventilation, anxiety to the max, the I gotta do something but I don't know what feeling, it's horrible. TF studies WNL. Doc says Cardiology Consult. I don't. Possible that Prozac/ Adderal no longer get along well with me? ## Totally possible . You should get on a lower dose of Adderall, and get the extended release, like go down to 20 mg. Funny, about 5 years ago or so, I think I was on 30 of adderall XR, and I felt anxious too. I don't know how I worked my way up to this, but am now on 90 mg. of Adderall per day, no anxiety at all and REALLY helps with Depressive symptoms. I...

Has your doctor prescribed that high of a dosage? ## My daughter has been on 150 mg of Prozac for over a month and a half. Around that time she experienced stomach pain, vomiting, nausea, etc. and it hasn't stopped since. It occurred to me that it could be the dosage amount. When googling, everything says 80 mg is the highest dosage. Is this correct? If so she needs to stop immediately and I will report the doctor!
