Been taking oxycodone 10-325 by another company called alvogen and I got these 10-325 with m523 on the back with this company's name (mallinckrodt). Are they the same as hydrocodone? I just got filled my Percocet is has M523 and is a oblong pill.I have never had one that looked like this.I have been taking this particular drug for a few years.I have a very bad back and arthritis.I have taken 2 of these pills in the last 8 hrs and I feel no pain relief, but am nauseated?I have always had yellow generic that worked very good. Amneal's oxycodone, generic for percocet 10/325 is white, oblong, blank on one side, and imprinted with IP 204 (not IP 203)! I usually take Watson or Mallinckrodt, 10/325, (2) tablets every 4-6 hours (240 monthly), but I was given Amneal today when filling my script, and I am not happy! I have cancer, and I also take morphine sulphate 30 mgs as well (1 every 12 hours), and Fioricet with Codeine for severe migraines (as needed)! I do not feel Amneal is sufficient or even close to the chemical makeup as Watson or Mallinckrodt for controlling pain/chronic pain! I got some dark green small round pills with an M and 15 on the same side. Supposedly they are 15 mg oxy but the searches I've done show that a 15 mg oxy should be light green with M on one side and 15 on the other. It is the generic percocet, or more specifically the oxycodone, i'd like to discuss here. In this case, you have the conversion backwards, because Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Taking 30mgs of it would be equal to taking 45mgs of Hydrocodone. Hi, I'm taking 2x5mg oxycodone (mallinckrodt) 4 times a day (so effectively 10mg 4 times a day) for chronic abdominal pain, probably from adhesions. - I dose 4 times a day since I get about 4 hours out of each dose. - I take 2x5mg in order to get mallinckrodt since the pharmacy only has Zydus 10mg which is ineffective for me. Question 1: let's say I can occasionally get away with 1x5mg for a 4 hour period instead of 2x5mg ("variable dosing").
