Mallinckrodt Methylphenidate

Recently filled a methylphenidate prescription at rite aid that doesn't work nearly as we'll for my 6 yr old grandson as the same one from Wal-Mart did.I hear that rite aid manufacturer Mallinckrodt is not effective at all but his Dr thinks I'm crazy. The pharmacy gave it as a substitute for methylphenidate 27 mg. It's round and brown with md 27 on it but i have no info i can find on this. ## Interestingly enough, I located a Methylphenidate hydrochloride ER (27mg) pill with an imprint of "[M] 27", made by Mallinckrodt; which is a grey capsule-shaped tablet, but found nothing on the imprint "md 27"... I found in this pill in my house. it is a small circular pill w/ an M in a square and a 20 printed on the back. SMALL ROUND FLAT. THE BACK SIDE HAS A 5 ONLY BY ITSELF. FRONT SIDE HAS A SQUARE WITH AN M. ## No line is ritalin. Just need to kno mg's. W line is oxy. Big difference.
