How long will the effects of M60 last? I have a migraine headache and have to be up for work at 530 am...it is 7p.m.now... ## It will last about 12 hours and it's really not advisable to take Morphine for a migraine, anyway. It actually tends to cause headaches, as a side effects, along with nausea, dizziness and constipation. Additionally, since this is a time released formulation, it will not relieve the migraine immediately. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My wife was in a motorcycle accident 2 nights ago.
