I am prescribed Norco M367 and my sister have Norco M365, which one is the stronger?? ## Hello, Atawaa! How are you? Both of these tablets are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list the one marked M 367 as containing 10 mg of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 0406-0367), and the one marked M 365 as containing 5 mg of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 0406-0365). Thus, M367 is the stronger dosage. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## I would also like to know that answer, which is stronger the pill marked m365 or m367? ## 367 are 10 mg per narcotic and 356 is only 5 mg per narco...

One contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. It is a generic Vicodin that contains Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). Since the M367 imprint is so similar to your pill's imprint (M347) it is very likely that you do have a generic Vicodin, but possibly a higher or lower dosage than the one I've located.
